19th September, 2020 . We hope to see you in three weeks time.
The Quays Bar is situated in the heart of Dublin’s famous Temple Bar. It has a great mixture of both locals and tourists, making it one of Dublin’s liveliest pubs.
The live Irish traditional music every day makes the pub a magnet for those of you looking for a bit of craic. The stories told from near and far mean every day is a new experience in The Quays. A full Irish Restaurant on the first floor with a superb all-round menu including a traditional Irish Stew and Dublin Coddle.
Come for the craic and stay for the warm friendly atmosphere.
FOUND THIS GEM SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND IT'S NEVER CHANGED I travel to Dublin several times a year and always make it a point to have at least one meal at The Quays. The staff and the food and the service is always first class, the Irish Stew and Beef and Guinness are to die for, fish and chips great Bangers and Mash WOW. Anyone going to Dublin please make this a must stop and enjoy a wonderful culinary delight. I took my sisters there on Aug 28 this year and they did nothing but rave about the food. Will be back soon and another visit to the Quays.
This bar is centrally located within the Temple Bar area of the city Public House. Live traditional music, fantastic atmosphere and great service. We selected this pub to visit on a whim, initially attracted to it because of the music we could hear. On entering we felt an atmosphere of enjoyment and excitement being generated from the customers as they joined in with thw the band.
Lots of Tourist Please do not let the title fool you. Everything from the host to the service, to the food was very very good. My family and I, American tourist, could not help but notice how many other American's were also dining. The food is traditionally Irish but those around you may not be, if you are looking for authenticity
