The Quays Bar is situated in the heart of Dublin’s famous Temple Bar. It has a great mixture of both locals and tourists, making it one of Dublin’s liveliest pubs.
Daily live Irish traditional music makes the pub a magnet for those in search of a bit of craic. Stories told from near and far makes every day a new experience in The Quays. Enjoy a full Irish Restaurant on the first floor, complete with a superb all-around menu. In the mood for a traditional Irish Stew and Dublin Coddle, anyone?
Come for the craic and stay for the warm friendly atmosphere. Not to mention some of the best pints of Guinness in Dublin. The Quays also sports a wide variety of cocktails, Irish Coffees, and whiskey selection.
FOUND THIS GEM SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND IT'S NEVER CHANGED I travel to Dublin several times a year and always make it a point to have at least one meal at The Quays. The staff and the food and the service is always first class, the Irish Stew and Beef and Guinness are to die for, fish and chips great Bangers and Mash WOW. Anyone going to Dublin please make this a must stop and enjoy a wonderful culinary delight. I took my sisters there on Aug 28 this year and they did nothing but rave about the food. Will be back soon and another visit to the Quays.
Guinness and Beef Stew - Amazing We wandered into Temple bar area late looking for some traditional Irish food and happened upon this restaurant which is upstairs from the bar of the same name. Our food, Guinness and Beef Stew, was beautifully plated and delicious. We found our back to the restaurant and bar more than once on our trip.
A pint of the Black stuff Friendly staff & a great atmosphere, all with free live music, sports on the tv & right in the middle of Temple Bar. €6 for a pint of Guinness, which is alot less than I thought it’d be.
